Joyful Feet
Feet are used and abused in the name of fitness, and it is time to stop beating them, and it is time to make them happy now. Use these simple tools and techniques to make your feet healthy and come alive.
Week 1
Find a bed stone, and keep it in a safe place.
- Pick a time, usually before bed or waking.
- Crulse your feet using the bed stone.
- Do daily and take days off when needed.
Remember, rest is a form of giving your body what it needs.
Week 2
Take it up a notch.
- Use lotions and oils.
- Warm the stone.
- Thump tissue.
Week 3
Find a foot rope, and keep it in a safe place. Continue using the stone also.
- Pick a time, usually before bed or waking.
- Crulse your foot using the foot rope.
- Do daily and take days off when needed.
Proceed as many weeks as needed using both tools till your feet come alive with a mind of their own.
