To begin crulsing with a wall, stand facing it at an angle and use your hand, fingers, or wrist to push against the surface. You can try different forms of exploration, such as massage, stretching, or resistance, to find what works best for you.
Using the corner of a doorway can also allow for more profound tissue work.
