This is your first practical practice of crulsing, be patient and enjoy.

1. Exploring

1.1 To Start:

Begin your crulsing journey by choosing a hand and placing the smooth stone in it. You can then explore using massage, stretching, or resistance techniques. Experiment with different methods to find what works best for you.

1.2 Explore:

Explore the palm, back of the hand, fingers, and spaces between the fingers to find areas that need attention. You can switch between different exploration methods as you go, but it may be helpful to start with just one way at a time.

Remember to follow the basic rules of crulsing as you explore and discover areas of weakness in your hand.

1.3 Basic Crulse Rules

The following are some basic rules to follow while crulsing:

  1. If you feel good in that area, continue crulsing until you are satisfied and then move on to exploring other areas.
  2. If you don't feel anything, move on to explore other areas.
  3. If you feel pain, stop crulsing and avoid the painful area. Instead, focus on areas around the pain that feel good and gradually move closer to the painful area as it heals.

2. Discover

2.1 Determine

Identify any areas of weakness or tension in your hand and work to address them through various forms of exploration, such as massage, stretching, or resistance. If an injury is discovered, avoid it and work around it in areas that feel good.

If it is a need, determine what actions can be taken to meet it.

2.2 Decide

Once you have identified a need in your body, consider the best approach to addressing it. This may involve continuing with the same method of exploration or switching to a different technique or using a combination of methods.

Use the chosen approach to work on satisfying the identified need.

3. Experience

3.1 Experience

Satisfy the need by using the chosen form to explore the area until you feel satisfied. Remember to also work on the surrounding area. Enjoy the benefits of satisfying the need.

3.2 Once Satisfied

When you are finished exploring and satisfying needs, take a break and allow your body to rest and recover. It may be necessary to give certain areas more time to rest and heal before exploring them again.

Remember, rest is an important part of caring for your body's needs. After you have taken a break, continue exploring and satisfying needs in other areas of the body.

4. Summary

To perform crulsing, follow these three steps:

  1. Explore using massage, resistance, stretching, etc., to identify areas of weakness in your body.

  2. Discover these weak areas by noticing when you feel good during the exploration.

  3. Experience the weakness by providing the body with what it needs in those weak areas through massage, resistance, stretching, etc., until you feel satisfied.

Repeat these steps until your body is satisfied.
