To begin your first practice of crulsing, place a stone on the floor near a wall, bed, or chair, ideally on a mat or rug. Stand or sit next to the rock and use the wall, bed, or chair for stability while placing your starting foot on the stone.
There are various forms of exploration, such as massage, stretching, or resistance, that you can use with the stone. Choose the form of exploration that works best for you and use the stone to perform it.
