Using Crulsing to Help Others
The crulse fitness program, with its unique and individualized approach, has captured my interest as a potential tool for supporting veterans, like myself, with mental health issues at the VA.
What makes crulse particularly compelling is its adaptability to each person's needs and its flexibility to be practiced anywhere, at any time. This makes it an exceptionally convenient and effective fitness program.
The Proposal
While researching this proposal for the VA, I came across a study highlighting some of the strengths of crulsing as a fitness program. The study is -

The study provided compelling reasons why crulsing would be an ideal fit for the VA.

Further studies should be done to understand the impact of combining such interventions with traditional mental health treatment including psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.
