It's Like Getting on a Bike

man-walking-with-a-bicycle It's Like Getting On A Bike

We've all heard the saying, "It's like riding a bike," suggesting that even if you haven't done it in a while, you'll remember how once you start again.

Imagine a variation of that which involves where, initially, you struggle to lift your leg over the bike's seat. You might need to tilt the bike to lower the seat to make it easier. Each day, as you practice lifting your leg, you gradually stop needing to tilt the bike because your leg's range of motion improves.

You didn't do any specific leg exercises, follow a workout routine, or put on ankle weights to strengthen your leg. You worked toward your goal of lifting your leg as you got on the bike, and your body adapted.

That's what crulsing is all about. It involves purposeful, targeted, regular activities of movement that prompt your body to respond and improve fitness.

"It's like getting on a bike."

Remember to crulse, fidget with purpose, and happy crulsing!
